there are some nearby neighborhoods getting bought out upgraded on the other side of downtown and due south of where that property is.
and could be a rental write off…
i have run into this numerous times.
usually it's a typo or transcription error.
it's a huge pain in the ass to get it rectified once it is in some mortgage corp or city database.
