Well, I tried earlier to post a JPG, and it said invalid file type. Was able to still upload PNGs, though. Seems like all files are not working now.

Happened to me a long time ago. I found that on mobile, you can go into those that you follow, and click their icon. Once their page loads, there is a "Notification" Icon on their name next to the "Following" button. Click that, and turn on "All Tweets". You'll start seeing POTUS tweets again.
