If true, this means Mueller and the boys were certain of an indictment or enough thrown mud to put on a "credible" impeachment hearing.
Thinking more and more they knew collusion was a bust from the get and the best they were hoping for was Trump to do something illegal while in office or get him on a lie in sworn testimony, and if none of the above worked, write a report just like they did but leave the decision on obstruction up to [RR].
Which explains the Dems hard on for recusal in regards to Whitaker and even Barr.
