my working theory is that both White and Black Hats have some kind of remote-controlled micro-drone tech disguised as flies or other bugs that they can land on a target.
and then have a note slipped to them that the thing contained a lethal poison… to keep them in line.
would explain all the flies landing on Hussein HRC, Biden, et al.
