Wouldn't say that, as I'm sure clockfags have noted it and put it in some corner or pile of things still to be confirmed waiting for more indications for it to be a thing to consider it more seriously.
I, for one, did so at least, and I'll keep having it in mind when looking at the clock, but so far – dumb as I am – wasn't able to convincingly find the reasons for that exact structure/color pattern and the separation of the clock into these 5 colored fields.
