If "column 53" means marker [53] on the clock and you use QClockView, it'll do it for you:
Just click any day with a Q post along the [:53] column,
click Timestamp -Clock, and
in Menu "Markings", click "Single Ray Only"
That should bring up the 53 posts along the [:53] ray, which you can export (Menu Q Post List -Export Post List) as either TXT or HTML.
As for tweets along that [53] ray, one could extract them from the PDF above (pdftotext + grep for the dates in resulting txt file), or I could provide a complete txt file with all tweets, and you could use linux tools (grep, awk etc) to extract them yourself.
If linux is not your thing, I could do it for you and provide a txt with all tweets along this ray.
