Wray opening. His prepared statement is going to be congratulatory of the great work of the FBI, but he deviates to say that FBI officer safety depends on LEO partners at state and local levels.

Barr's contention is a bit of nonsense, If they have probable cause, they can arrest. If the suspect refuses to decrypt, the court will jail them for contempt. Stone being gagged, so is the prosecutor. This benefits the prosecution.
