Could be, but he looks too old for her. I keep thinking she wants to go to the perpetrator but is afraid to.

BTW...can anyone tell from the very beginning of footage if the girl w/the hat and the perpetrator were sitting together? Looks like he was behind her a pew or two but not sure.
