Yeah I posted that one first last night

(referencing the original 12/24/18 cap date) then cleaned it up some for readability then someone divided it into 4 panels.

What's easy for one to read isn't easy for others, apparently.

Somebody yelled at me that it was just FBI-anon from halfchan but frankly the information checks out and is better corroborated now based on what we have learned in the interim.
