There have been several different methods anons have used to decode Q posts - these are a few of the one's I've saved from the beginning (not mine, I just capped them)
Next I'll post some caps I took of anons using these methods
These are decodes from other anons using the method(s) laid out in the one I'm responding to. I'm not saying these decodes are correct or any percentage correct, they are just posted to give an illustration of the method(s) in use.

Q Operations is from the angry gerbil of endchan - you'll notice the pattern of posting (multiple lines of red text, ALLCAPS issuing orders, very bossy). He didn't learn and everyone left his board, he hasn't learned and is doing the same things still.
I understand your statement and don't inherently disagree. I was giving context to the other person in order to understand what he was seeing.

I don't have an issue with the voterID campaign at all, no objection.
He is very good at hyper-focusing, terrible with people. New to chans, but I suspect a tweeker, he also mentioned he has multiple personalities. He would actually have different windows open (multiple userIDs) and hold conversations with himself, back himself up on things that other anons said "fuck no" to (he wanted someone to tally the #posts/per topic on a thread, put it in a spreadsheet and report to him on Fridays with a formal report with charts). He actually had multiple tripcodes he made that he used for different functions (BO, BV, Baker) and pretended he was all different people until he slipped up one day.
It was really weird and sad to see. I don't hate him, I just don't engage.
There is an international compact prohibiting the use of weather modification for the purposes of war. I always like to remind people of that fact when they scoff at the premise of weather modification. In fact, in large cities, you can even find companies that will ensure that "your special day/event" will be good weather!
No, why would I save that? It was weird and sad. We started a bunker board on endchan to get away from his behavior and stayed there until 8kun came online and we all came here. It's not about 'guilt' at all. This person did that and we did something else. He now comes here and does what he does. I'm not here to convince anyone, you can see by posts and behavior. You now have some historical context to the situation. I was giving the other anon some historical context. But really I'm not here to talk about gerbil. I'm going to go back to making graphics now…
