It is like religion, so there is not that much of a point to argue with a vegan.

You just have to look at it this way : If it is healthy beeing vegan there would not be that many ExVegans.

And then you see that Bill Gates and other rich people are saying that they are "vegan" themselves.

Most of the agriculture is owned by big companies who own everything , from growing meat to plants.
Vegan babies dying of malnutrition.
Connect the dots yourself and do not worry to much about it.
Children do not develop properly on vegan diet.
Then you look at herbivores stomach and carnivores.
Then at teeth. Carnivores and herbivores brain sizes.(I mean Animals)
Vegans are the ones suffering of being lied to and we need to help them.
