Q, tell Q+ social security should be used rather than IRS. Many illegals file bogus jobs to get refunds using kids not their own, friends as jobs, etc Tax consultants add some of the earned income as SS contributions when filing to trick for refunds. Bypass all this w SS numbers cause they dont have one. Also,, those who stroke etc and didnt file 18 but will 19's wont get help.. some suffered losses and grief kept them from filing but expect refunds so they lapsed in filing knowing they have 3yrs to file and face no threat cause they don't owe; etc.. many scenarios.. all the grandparents raising their grkids too on limited income should not be excluded..Soc Sec is the only real means to help.
