2 observations though - Vitamin D3 is the sunshine vitamin, rather than plain D, and we've had very little sunshine for the last 2 years. Rather than Campbell's recommendation, which is low, the current recommendation fo MS sufferers, (who tend to have very low or no Vitamin D when tested) is 5,000 iu per day. Vitamin C / apple cider vinegar as well plus zinc. Godspeed, frens.
