I would be considered a "poor but educated" American. I stopped giving my meager donations to such large agencies like the Red Cross, I donate to my local charities like those helping my direct community. That is what we need to do, help those closest to us to ensure our resources help directly….also looking for a job..hard when one is 52. But the economy great and jobs are plentiful where I am confident I will find work soon.
