I agree but that will never happen.
If anything they will be convicted and executed in a military tribunal and then "written out" of the movie that we are watching. Cancer, heart attack, etc. They will use the same playbook like they did for McCain. Too much risk of major fallout via chimping out and riots in the major cities.
