It's all talk, no actual evidence. No audio of the discussions that they claimed to have had. No thorough explanation regarding which posts are being referred to. And they're all over the place. Even if they are telling "the truth" they're not doing a very good job of convincing anyone who questions everything. Maybe just their followers. They have a great mic though, really clear audio.
