the trouble is that shills get in the mix and create the kind of problems that destroys the board. half left last Spring as a result. there are only about half a dozen that bake every day.

sometimes–but also good to explain why at times, so shills can't wind up anons (especially new ones). Shows that baker actually thinks about his decisions (not to the shills but to everyone else).

 

I wrote something to the guy who complained about not getting his Catholic abuse stuff noted (lb i think?). Not just for him but for other anons. So they'd understand why posts don't always wind up in the notes. And why bakers tells anons to bake–partly bc then they understand a lot better how decisions are made. (they might not agree but at least appreciate the dilemmas)
