Judicial Watch Sues FBI For Seth Rich Documents After They Were Caught Lying to Courts

Conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch on Thursday announced it filed a lawsuit against the FBI for Seth Rich documents.

Recall, Seth Rich was a DNC staffer who was murdered in the early morning hours of July 10, 2016.

Seth Rich’s murder has not been solved to this day.

After getting caught lying to the Courts and claiming there were no documents related to Seth Rich, emails between FBI lovers Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were uncovered.

Now the FBI is claiming these emails are redacted to protect the investigation they claim never happened.

“There is significant public interest in the Seth Rich murder and the FBI’s game-playing on document production in this case is inexcusable,” JW boss Tom Fitton said.

“There’s references to Seth Rich” in these Lisa Page/Peter Strzok documents, Fitton said.

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange never reveals his sources, however he previously hinted Seth Rich may have been murdered for transmitting Hillary Clinton’s 2016 DNC emails to WikiLeaks.

ICE Issues Subpoenas For Connecticut Officials Because Of State’s Sanctuary Policies For Immigrants

BOSTON — U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) served three immigration subpoenas Thursday to the State of Connecticut Court Support Services Division officials, requesting information on multiple illegal aliens who were criminally arrested in Connecticut, and yet under Connecticut’s non-cooperation policies officials have refused to honor immigration detainers or even provide ICE with information about the release dates of criminal alien public safety threats. Issuance of these immigration subpoenas was necessary because the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections has continued to ignore ICE’s requests for information and cooperation.“It’s unfortunate that elected officials in Connecticut seem unable to grasp the public safety threat posed by the criminal illegal aliens these officials are attempting to shield,” said acting Field Office Director Todd M. Lyons of ERO Boston. “These are the same criminals who’ve already been arrested for crimes by state and/or local law enforcement, often perpetrated against the very immigrant communities these officials claim to be protecting. Despite these short-sighted, reckless ‘sanctuary-for-criminal-aliens’ policies, ICE will continue to use all available legal tools to safeguard the public.”

ICE uses statutorily-authorized immigration subpoenas to obtain information as part of investigations regarding potential removable aliens. ICE has not historically needed to use its lawful authority to issue these subpoenas to obtain information from other law enforcement agencies as most law enforcement agencies throughout the country willingly provide ICE with information regarding aliens arrested for crimes in the interest of public safety.

ICE is using every tool available to obtain information regarding the whereabouts and other relevant information regarding removable aliens from jurisdictions that chose to, or are unable to, cooperate with ICE. The criminal aliens about whom ICE sought information from the State of Connecticut include:

A 31-year-old illegally present citizen of Honduras convicted of second degree manslaughter following a hit and run incident that caused the death of a Connecticut driver in New Haven in 2016. The Honduran national, who had served three years of a reduced sentence for his conviction of second degree manslaughter following the hit and run incident, was released in January 2020, by the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections. Despite a final order of removal issued against him by an immigration judge and despite ICE’s having lodged a detainer against him, he was released by the state last month;

A 20-year-old unlawfully present Guatemalan national with a final order of removal, arrested in Stamford, Connecticut, and convicted of third degree burglary and second-degree robbery charges in October 2019, who was released by the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections in January 2020, as a result of Connecticut’s sanctuary policies, despite ICE having lodged a detainer against him;

A 21-year-old illegally present citizen of the Dominican Republic, who was convicted of two counts of narcotics possession with intent to sell but was released by the State of Connecticut Department of Corrections, despite ICE having lodged a detainer for him.

Corporate America in Israel and Illegal Settlements

US companies operating in illegal Israeli settlements are the tip of the iceberg in bilateral economic, financial, and military relations.

According to the US Chamber of Commerce, over 2,500 US companies operate in Israel, including a virtual who’s who of corporate America.

In 1985, the US/Israeli free trade agreement was the first of its kind between the US and another country — two years before the 1987 US/Canada FTA, nine years before NAFTA (1994).

Since then, bilateral US/Israeli trade grew to tens of billions of dollars annually, well over $50 billion a year today, Israeli companies investing about half that amount in the US.

Corporate America operates hundreds of R & D centers in the Jewish state.

Well-known names include 3M, Amazon, AMD, Apple, Applied Materials, AT&T, Broadcom, Citigroup, Cisco, eBay, Facebook, GE, GM, Google, HP, IBM, Intel, John Deere, J&J, Merck,Microsoft, Monsanto, Motorola, PepsiCo, Qualcomm, Texas Instruments, Xerox, and Yahoo, among others.

Israeli firms comprise the second largest number of foreign NASDAQ listings after China.

The US and Israel have cooperative agreements on civil aviation, IT, cybersecurity, intelligence, health, medical, biotech and life sciences, energy, space, transportation, and of course all things related to its military and occupation of historic Palestine.

Both countries partner in each other’s wars directly and indirectly.

The clearest examples are US aid to Israel (for military and related purposes) amounting to over $10 million daily, along with Jewish state undeclared war on Syria, by its own admission terror-bombing the country hundreds of times in recent years.

On Wednesday, the UN Human Rights Council published names of 112 companies that operate in illegal Israeli settlements.

They’re mostly Israeli companies. Others are headquartered abroad, including US ones.

Names of US companies in the settlements were published earlier by the Global BDS Movement.

They include L’Oreal, the Body Shop, B & W Foods, Black & Decker, Victoria’s Secret, Airbnb, Landmark Ventures, Caterpillar, and Hewlett Packard, among others.

In 2016, the UN Human Council included Coca Cola on a list of 206 companies operating in Israeli settlements, mostly Israeli ones.

Defense official: Hamas agreed to halt rockets, balloons; Israel ends sanctions

Following weeks of unrest on the Gaza border, fresh ceasefire deal appears to have been struck, following intervention by Egypt, UN

Israel and the Hamas terror group appeared to reach a ceasefire agreement on Thursday night, following weeks of tension and unrest along the Gaza border.

An Israeli defense official told reporters that Hamas had “sent messages to Israel that they’d decided unilaterally to stop launching balloons and rocket fire at Israel.”

In exchange, Israel would end the retaliatory sanctions it put in place against Palestinians in the Strip, specifically the revocation of some 500 permits allowing businessmen out of Gaza and a restriction of the fishing zone to 10 nautical miles from the usual 15.

The Jewish Telegraphic Agency has learned that the visit from Monday to Thursday included meetings with senior Saudi officials as well as with Mohammed al-Issa, the secretary-general of the Muslim World League who recently led a delegation to Auschwitz. Al-Issa is seen as close to Mohammed bin Salman, the crown prince.

The focus of the talks between the Conference constituents and Saudi officials was on countering terrorism and those fomenting instability in the Middle East. Saudi Arabia and Israel share a mutual concern about Iran’s activity in the region and fears that Iran is developing a nuclear weapons program.

The Presidents Conference is an umbrella body for major US Jewish organizations, created in the 1950s to present a unified Jewish voice on issues of foreign policy. It has been riven in recent years over differences on criticizing Israel’s settlement policy, and on how closely to work with the Trump administration.

It’s not known which component organizations were represented in Riyadh, but the Conference’s professional leadership — executive vice president Malcolm Hoenlein and CEO William Daroff are known to have been present, as well as current lay chairman Arthur Stark.

US Attorney General Bill Barr said in an interview with ABC’s Pierre Thomas that President Trump has never asked him to do anything in a criminal case.

Barr also said Trump should stop tweeting about the DOJ because it makes his job “impossible” given the noise and controversy it stirs up in the media.

“The president has never asked me to do anything in a criminal case”—but should stop tweeting about the DOJ because his tweets “make it impossible for me to do my job,” Barr said.

Bill Barr is referring to President Trump’s tweetstorm slamming the excessive sentencing in Roger Stone’s case.

President Trump also went after Judge Amy Berman Jackson and unleashed on the four prosecutors who abused Roger Stone.

“I won’t be bullied by anybody…whether it’s Congress, newspapers, editorial boards or the president,” he said. I’m going to do what I think is right.”

Bill Barr said this exact thing during his confirmation hearing, but the media is blowing up his statements as an attack on President Trump.
