Q tends to use different punctuation marks as some kind of markers. We have seen him set off words and phrases using capital letters, underscores, -hyphens-, (parentheses), ((multiple parentheses)), [square brackets], <angle brackets>, caret ^, {curly brackets}, and in this one crumb, pair of :colons: (Has Q used |vertical bars| yet?)
At some point I expect there will be a corresponding use of unusual punctuation marks in a POTUS tweet or a future crumb that point to a meaning not yet apparent to us.
