Actually most of your LEDs are going to be using a much larger amount of power. The best lighting diode Samsung 301B running @ 100mA is putting out 197 lumens/w. A single 32w T8 bulb is 2600 lm so you need about 13.2w to equal that bulb. Most basic shop lights have two bulbs so about 25w, which is a shit load of rain.
