She's not a white person.
She is a Brazilian and in case you didn't know, Brazil has the 2nd largest population of blacks in the world. Number one place is Nigeria. No other African country has more blacks than Brazil.
Like blacks in the USA, most Brazilian blacks have European ancestors, often more than 50%, so they can be confused for being white.
