Plymouth CA digg on the murder of Philip Haney

Nothing adds up on the "self inflicted gunshot wound" line.

He was found outside his vehicle on the ground, 10:12 am when sheriffs arrived. A view of the area, CA 16 and CA 124 is country rolling hills and few pull off spots. Does not appear the kind of setting where a person would pull off, get out and commit suicide, while occassional morning traffic goes by. Far more probable somebody getting him to pull over and then assinate him.

The sheriff report notes

"On February 21, 2020 at approximately 1012 hours, deputies and detectives responded to the area of Highway 124 and Highway 16 in Plymouth to the report of a male subject on the ground with a gunshot wound," the release read,

"Upon their arrival, they located and identified 66-year-old Philip Haney, who was deceased and appeared to have suffered a single, self-inflicted gunshot wound. A firearm was located next to Haney and his vehicle. This investigation is active and ongoing. No further details will be released at this time," the office added.

The government may send some corona-virus patients from Travis AFB to Costa Mesa Ca at the Fairview Development Center. City of Costa Mesa sought a restraining order. Guess they don't like potentially ill people being treated in a hospital (a liberal thing I guess).

Fairview Development Center is a large nursing care facility with 396 beds. The nursinghomesite webpage states (2019):

"They have 396 beds and 58 residents (which would leave 338 beds available)."

Maybe overcrowding is the issue? Maybe the facility has no experience in government billing for healthcare?
