It doesn't matter what "lists" are on qmap.pub - that site does not speak for Q, and anything there other than the original Q posts is based on one person's opinion. Same as the "summaries" he adds above each Q post there, which are his own interpretation.
If it were me, I would just show people how to search for a topic on qanon.pub by using a few different search terms. And let them read through those posts and make their own conclusions.
