I lived in California before they started pushing their gun laws. The average Californian said things like "that will never happen here" and "They will never be able to take out guns" and "if they try to pass those laws, there will be hell to pay, blah, blah, blah." Guess what?

They took the guns, and California has the strictest gun laws in the country.

So much for that idea.

I have friends who live there. You have to provide ID for buying ammo. Most gun manufactures refuse to deal with California regulations, so there's that little problem.

Most people fail their first background.

Then there are the mag restrictions.

Try getting a conceal carry permit. Hint: You will never get one.

If you think that is great, you can have it.

How about having to have your gun locked, and the ammo in a separate part of your car when traveling.

If that is your idea of freedom, you can have it.
