This is off the wall, but I tape muh mouth shut at night to keep from mouth breathing. Sinuses stay awesomely clear when I'm forced to breathe through muh nose, but plug up in a heartbeat as soon as I mouth breathe for even a couple minutes.
It's weird, but even a little mouth breathing seems to have lots of ties to being unhealthy.
