I was digging on Rachel Chandler from previous notables.
Just out of curiosity I searched for information for Midland Agency.
The founders are Rachel Chandler and Walter Pearce.
Searching for Walter Pearce I found an older article from Vice from 2015:

Scrolling down to picture, there is a guy holding a pack of cigarettes with 'Newport' written on top of it.
Searching for Q drops for 'Newport' gave me Q653.
Also there is a picture with a guy bleeding from his nose and a guy cuffed to some bars.
He also shut down his old website, only web archive available:
