My guess is the color coding is by the DOJ, for categorising them in a way that others (other elites? the general public? the media? other crime-fighting authorities with whom they cannot share specific details?) can use to easily identify what category they belong to. Perhaps the categories are house arrest / mainland jail / guantanamo. Or maybe the color coding indicates deal struck / awaiting trial / sentenced / prison / death. Or, perhaps they are color-coded by crime - pedophile / murdered / pedovore, etc.
There is no doubt in my mind that white hands have taken control of those accounts.
Those numbers don't add up to 66. Why is there so much rubbish on this sub? If there IS a way to get 66 or 666 from those numbers, include an explanation of how!
