The PA state Constitution specially address the citizen's rights which the Herr Reichsmarschall Governor Wof has violated. Under the decree of a disaster emergency, it is arguable if he had the authority to declare an emergency. It describes natural disasters such as floods, tornados, hurricanes, etc. And it descrbes man-made disasters such as oil spills, explosions, etc. But no where in PA Title 35 Sec 7301 on does it address an medical or epidemic disaster.

Hope the small businesses prevail over the tyrant for York.

Many businesses fored to close are mom&pop, very limited number of customer interactions. Plus now with the face covering decree, in PA you can neither buy or sell without the Mask of the Beast.

trivia: lottery sales and cigarette sales are essential businesses in PA, they remain ongoing.

Normally our small town in central fies the Stars and Stripes and the PA flag.

Past few weeks the Stars and Stripes has flown proudly without the disgraceful reminder of a draconian government.

Fortunately the Post Office flies the US and the POW-MIA flag across the street.
