BUILDING INDUSTRY INCENTIVE

This is an interesting piece of intelligence.

I have a small area that I need rendering and the tradie who came back to me said he couldn't look at it till the end of

August and he has bookings into December.

He also said he knows of no tradies that have any shortage of work and that they are all as busy as him.

What does that say about the building incentive implemented by the Federal Government?

This some kind of a money/loan scam?

What do you tradies have to say about that?

Maybe it's a future type thing when current projects end and new ones have stalled.

Anyone know?
