They require a skill set similar to that for Remote Viewing with added emphasis for positive spiritual and conscious effort, this is excellent for discernment between positive and negative ET groups. Do you even know what you are talking about? Remote Viewing and similar techniques are innate powers of your own mind. Using them for comms is natural and normal, used by all advanced races in our Galaxy. How can that be a "program/process designed by deep state" if it is your own innate power?!
