I can't find an explanation. Maybe a strange reflection of something happening in the room in her eyes, but what? Or the obvious, reptilian eye slits, which have their own sets of explanations. Thank you for this example.

Suspected "Rolling Shutter Effect" instead of Light energy from high in the sky

>1. Rolling Shutter Effect only effects lower end video recording devices such as those found on smart phones. High end video cameras don't suffer from this

>2. Rolling Shutter Effect only effects video, and not still cameras.

>3. The artifacts created by Rolling Shutter Effect can only seen when the video is played back and NOT with the naked eye while filming the event.
