THE WHOLE PLAN WOULD HAVE FAILED IF SESSIONS DID NOT RECUSE.
POTUS AND SESSIONS ARE ALL BUT SCREAMING THAT SESSIONS HIMSELF WAS TARGETED BY THE DEEP STATE.
I am thinking logically on this.
Attorney Generals MUST HOLD THE LAW ABOVE SITTING PRESIDENT'S CONVICTIONS, BELIEFS, STATEMENTS, 100%.
The law really does say that federal prosecutors, SUCH AS AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the Attorney General of the United States, ARE FORBIDDEN from prosecuting any case in which…THEY THEMSELVES ARE A MATERIAL WITNESS IN THE CASE.
The law requires a DELINEATION of accused, witness and prosecutor as separate people.
If there is a witness to a case, they can't then also be prosecutor. Another prosecutor must be named to keep arm's length.
Why?
Because of the conflict of interest.
If Sessions did not recuse himself, EVERY STEP HE WOULD HAVE TAKEN AS A PROSECUTOR GIVEN HE HIMSELF WAS A WITNESS WOULD BE COMPLETELY NULLIFIED.

Yes I too would be pissed off and angry that someone I needed to help expose the bastards who done BOTH of us wrong, me as POTUS and someone else as Attorney General, that because this evil was so entrenched that it corrupted law enforcement itself whereby doing the legal thing would require my pick for AG to not be the one to prosecute, BUT MY PERSONAL STRONG FEELINGS must have a check, meaning it can't only be me that decides what happens at the DOJ, I mean…SESSIONS IS NOT A HOLDER OR A LYNCH.

POTUS and Sessions are teaching the world that to take down this evil Cabal, they HAD to have Sessions recuse…and, to both prevent the fake news from SUCCEEDING in tricking enough people back then when too many were still asleep, and to ensure fake news supports Sessions (they have to, if they go too far in being skeptical and 'on to' the plan, they would only reveal themselves as knowing and agreeing to the fact that the fake news is guilty of what Trump has been saying all along.
