HEADS UP to LE

Other day, driving, I noticed a group of about ten vehicles parked on the grass area of a highway interchange, and group of at least ten men standing around talking.

My imagination led me to thinking that with all electronic communications possibly LE infiltrated, the gangs/criminals need to find safe spots to engage in or even re-establish their communications, etc.

A highway interchange might provide such a temp spot.

IDK. Just sharing an observation and thought…
