Could Atlanta’s Soros-Tied Mayor Bottoms Be Biden’s Pick For VP?

This is not mere policy for Bottoms, but a part of what she has described as a “revolution” at two forums hosted by agents of notorious globalist billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundations.

The Concordia Annual Summit is a yearly gathering of globalists with uniquely intimate ties to Soros. The progressive money lord first publicly discussed his infamous pledge to “invest” $500 million to support refugee resettlement at the group’s 2016 meeting. Bottoms appeared at a symposium at the 2018 Concordia Summit titled “Cities & the Private Sector Take the Lead for Refugees & Migrants.” Open Societies Foundation exec Dr. Colleen Thouez, who is listed as “Director, Welcoming and Integrated Societies ” on the OSF website, introduced the mayor. Immediately after Thouez handed the microphone over to her, Bottoms said the following:

“As we spoke this morning there is a quote from one of my favorite writers Audre Lord that kept playing in my mind, and it was that revolution is not a one-time event. And I think of that often, especially in the work that we are doing throughout our various cities in ways that may seem to be small in scale but really are a part of a larger conversation and a larger revolution, if you will, as it relates to how we address our issues of immigration and migration.”

Soros And The Giant Peach

Bottoms especially enjoys echoing Lord’s cry for revolution while she is around George Soros employees. In May 2019, at Bottoms’ behest, the Atlanta Police Department declared that it would no longer work on anti-crime task forces with the FBI, Drug Enforcement Administration or U.S. Marshals because those federal agencies do not equip their officers with body cameras.

At a “2019 Soros Justice Fellows Conference in Atlanta,” an affair wholly produced by the Open Society Foundations, Bottoms again repeated her call for revolution, this time while boasting of her refusing to allow Atlanta to work with federal police to fight crime:

“What I’m most encouraged by is that other cities, in the same way when we eliminated cash bail bonds, when we ended our relationship with ICE, and when we made this decision that our officers need to be equipped with body cams, other cities are now looking and are saying, ‘we need to make these decisions too.’ So I love Audre Lord, and I love a good Audre Lord quote. She says revolution’s not a one-time event.”

Bottoms’ clamoring for insurrection at the side of George Soros’ minions should hardly be a surprise. In June 2018 Soros bequeathed a cool $1 million to the Georgia Democratic Party, in large part to help Abrams in her election battle with Kemp. “Soros has put nearly $3 million into Georgia causes and candidates since the 2014 campaigns,” the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported at the time. “The New York billionaire and his family have given $94,000 directly to Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign.”
