With Recounts and Lawsuits Pending, and Sweeping Evidence of Voter Fraud, It's Far too Early to Call the Race

As President Trump tweeted yesterday,
"Joe Biden should not wrongfully claim the office of the President. I could make that claim also. Legal proceedings are just now beginning!" [1]
Trump's campaign has filed lawsuits in Pennsylvania and Michigan for not allowing votes to be observed, in Georgia for mixing in late ballots with valid ballots and in Nevada for counting votes from out-of-state and dead voters; and they have asked to join the lawsuit against Arizona, for rejecting a ballot on grounds that it was damaged with a Sharpie that the poll worker gave the voter and refusing to give her a new ballot. Pennsylvania is also being sued for changing the law right before the election to allow 3-day late ballots. [1]
Rudy Giuliani has announced that the Trump campaign will file additional voter fraud lawsuits in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh on Monday and that, contrary to the MSM's aggressive assertions that there is no evidence of fraud, he has 90 poll watchers ready to testify as witnesses. [2]
“Those mail-in ballots [in PA] could have been for anyone they wrote in,” Mr. Giuliani said. “Not a single one was inspected as the law required.” He estimated 300,000 mail-in ballots weren't inspected in Pittsburgh, and puts that number around 700,000 for the state of Pennsylvania, "the same amount of votes Trump led by in the Keystone State on election night." (newspaper quoted, not Giuliani) [3]
As in the other swing states, there were numerous irregularities in Michigan but the one with the widest implications is the "glitch" in Dominion Voting Systems, who happen to have donated to the Clinton Foundation and employ Nancy Pelosi's former Chief of Staff indirectly as a lobbyist.

Dominion's software changed 6,000 votes from Republican to Democrat in one Michigan county, which were reversed after the county clerk caught the "malfunction"; a similar but unspecified "glitch" in Dominion Systems was discovered and temporarily stopped voting in Georgia.
"Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5" software was in use in 69 Michigan counties on Election day, and in every battleground state. [5]
Furthermore, the Trump Campaign has requested a recount in Wisconsin, Georgia's Secretary of State has already announced a recount there and the Supreme Court ruled that late ballots in PA must be separated. Trump's team continues to fight in court to be allowed to observe votes in Pennsylvania, as mandated by Pennsylvania law.
The outcome of the election will depend on the outcome of these and other lawsuits, and it's safe to say that Biden and the biased media networks are lying or at best, reporting irresponsibly, when they say that he won.
After the MSM "announced" Biden's victory, Trump said the following:
“We all know why Joe Biden is rushing to falsely pose as the winner, and why his media allies are trying so hard to help him: they don’t want the truth to be exposed. The simple fact is this election is far from over. Joe Biden has not been certified as the winner of any states, let alone any of the highly contested states headed for mandatory recounts, or states where our campaign has valid and legitimate legal challenges that could determine the ultimate victor. In Pennsylvania, for example, our legal observers were not permitted meaningful access to watch the counting process. Legal votes decide who is president, not the news media.
“Beginning Monday, our campaign will start prosecuting our case in court to ensure election laws are fully upheld and the rightful winner is seated. The American People are entitled to an honest election: that means counting all legal ballots, and not counting any illegal ballots. This is the only way to ensure the public has full confidence in our election. It remains shocking that the Biden campaign refuses to agree with this basic principle and wants ballots counted even if they are fraudulent, manufactured, or cast by ineligible or deceased voters. Only a party engaged in wrongdoing would unlawfully keep observers out of the count room – and then fight in court to block their access.
“So what is Biden hiding? I will not rest until the American People have the honest vote count they deserve and that Democracy demands.” [6]
In contrast with these dishonest media networks, the Epoch Times has posted a notice on top of their site that gives their readers an honest picture of how the race will be decided:
"Our nation is moving into uncharted territory as multiple legal challenges have been filed in response to the 2020 elections, with more challenges expected to come.
"Both candidates have claimed victory in certain states, but it appears increasingly likely that this election will be resolved in the courts.
"For that reason, The Epoch Times will not declare a winner of the 2020 presidential election until all results are certified and any legal challenges are resolved." [7]
The Western Journal, rather than citing legally-contested, dubious vote counts, is posting critical articles acknowledging that "CNN, Fox News, ABC, NBC, CBS, The New York Times and The Associated Press all called the race prematurely" and that "the race is only called when states officially certify their respective election results," and noting Trump's strong disagreement with the announcement without disparaging him. They've also noted "there is ongoing litigation in Pennsylvania and other states. Officially, the presidential race will likely not be decided for some time, as President Donald Trump is expected to exercise all legal options amid allegations of voting irregularities." [8]
This is honest reporting, it's what real journalists do. Ignoring the wealth of evidence that there was (and still is) widespread voter fraud this year and declaring victory in the face of it is a job for partisan lobbyists.
Preemptively attacking claims of voter fraud for years on end leading up to an event like this one, as these same pundits have done, should be seen as a sign of guilt and complicity.
