Theory: Trump Transferred Power to the Military on the 11th; Biden's "Inauguration" was pending Jan. 22nd Supreme Court Review

by John Cleer | ABCU8

On January 11th the State Department changed the president's biography to read, “|Donald J. Trump's term ended on 2021-01-11 19:49:00|” [<-hyperlink https://web.archive.org/web/20210111200247/https://www.state.gov/biographies/donald-j-trump/]; the vice president's read "Michael R. Pence's term ended on 2021-01-11 19:45:15."

Those State Department updates were later scrubbed and explained as the work of a disgruntled employee by |2 anonymous diplomats| [<-hyperlink https://gazette.com/news/disgruntled-employee-changed-state-department-s-website-to-say-that-trump-s-term-ends-today/article_80adcb0e-544d-11eb-9391-d7ab923a6287.html] via fake news CNN and Buzzfeed, in case anyone still believes second hand anonymous sources on CNN. I for one do not—it's hearsay—so I am still curious about what happened.

More than anything I want to know why President Trump apparently gave up and walked away, declining to exercise |his options| [<-hyperlink: https://abcu8.co/2020/12/23/how-trump-wins/] as obligated by Oath and failed to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

But I do not believe that's what he did.

I read a theory last night that Trump in fact transferred power to the military on the 11th, which if true would explain the biography changes. Do I know if it's true? No, but in these strange times it wouldn't be out of character.

The 11th of Jan. was the same day the Supreme Court |declined| <-hyperlink https://www.law360.com/articles/1343380/supreme-court-in-no-rush-to-weigh-trump-election-lawsuits] to hear Trump's election lawsuits before the inauguration, and Trump's response according to this theory was immediate: without the Supreme Court ruling, there would be no inauguration.

In effect, the presidency and everything that comes with it would be held in escrow by the military until the judicial process was complete.

The Supreme Court will review Trump v. Pennsylvania tomorrow, Jan. 22. Here's the |docket|[<-hyperlink: https://www.supremecourt.gov/Search.aspx?FileName=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/20-845.html] .

In the meantime, the military is all over Washington DC and there is some speculation that Trump instituted martial law on Monday when he declared a National Emergency through Jan. 24.

The National Guard started busing thousands of troops into DC almost immediately after the capital building was stormed [<-hyperlink https://www.bizpacreview.com/2021/01/09/video-of-police-opening-doors-inviting-protesters-into-capitol-building-is-baffling-to-say-the-least-1014206/], and by Jan. 9th they'd announced |6,200 personnel| [<- hyperlink https://wjla.com/news/local/more-than-6000-military-personnel-expected-in-dc-by-end-of-weekend ], would be in DC. By Biden's inauguration on the 20th, that number had grown to 27,000 National Guardsmen, 14,000 police and 5,000 DoD employees being stationed in DC to enforce a peaceful transfer of power, ostensibly to Biden's administration.

That is a far cry from the |340 Guardsmen| [<-hyperlinik: https://apnews.com/article/joe-biden-donald-trump-politics-electoral-college-muriel-bowser-1634bf71a27de48efef3cd1e6ed4abe4] that DC Mayor Bowser initially requested. The day after the riot she called on Congress to transfer power of the DC National Guard from the president to her. It didn't work.

I am not confident in a Supreme Court led by Chief Justice Roberts because he has a history of indefensible decisions, which led me to believe the rumors that he is blackmailed are true. To be clear, I have no idea if he is the same John Roberts from the Epstein flight logs, but I think he can be counted on to do the wrong thing.

I am not a fan of the decisions Trump's appointees have made, and I don't expect them and the liberals to rule in Trump's favor, so hopefully this isn't the end of the line.

I'd be very surprised if it were.
