Have experienced 3 different religious traditions (sequentially, not all at once!) Not just superficially either - threw myself into it with 100% dedication over long period of time.
Observation:
-Each offered something the others did not.
-Each had a powerful subjective aspect, that the others had no explanation for.
So much time has passed.
Still cannot fully reconcile.
The blind men and the elephant comes to mind.
There's really no adequate terminology to discuss this. It needs a Grand Unified Theory of spirituality. And I detest that word because ignorant people throw it around believing they "got" the Big E or something.
Everything seems to point to other realms we know little of. Energy currents directed by the mind. Non-linear time. There is some physics that seems to help grasp the ineffable. Maybe we'll get into that.
All I know for sure is I do not have a lock on truth.
And what was subjectively true for me still is, despite being clothed in different schema.
