Don't forget, the entirety of Civil Asset Forfeiture is unconstitutional. The only constitutional way they can take your property is to BUY IT FROM YOU AT MARKET VALUE. Imposing a bullshit fine and then taking it for free is not constitutional no matter how you look at it.
