Suggested fix: remove "much" and keep "fewer". I don't care, just wanted to give feedback it struck me as strange.

The theme of the article seems to drift from Rich Higgins' dismissal and his accompanying, insightful memo, to the 2020 presidential election and potential for abnormalities surrounding tabulation of the election results.
So I'm wondering how the article will be titled, to encompass both themes.
