Intro
I prefer a simple intro similar to what the White House does for their livestreams. An elegant graphic with an optional lower-third or crawl. I would lower the crawl a bit if possible.
If you want to use the text-heavy graphics, then remove the crawl and select an instrumental audio track.
Delivery
I think people understand when you look up info; however, I agree that when not reading, make eye contact with the camera. Pro tip - put a bright sticky or sticker near the camera lens to remind you where to look. Also, another trick is to setup another screen (phone, camera, etc.) with your picture so you're seeing yourself and place it just behind where you should be looking. The tendency is to look at the video window on your screen which is not aligned with the camera line of sight.
Glasses
Do you need glasses? KEK.
Leaning in and then sitting back a lot. Be comfy, just wondering.
