Anons, been doing a little research on the house Ghislaine Maxwell was arrested in. There are lots of previous threads on it, but the addresses don't take you to the right spot. Here's some coords:

According to AcreValue.com, the land is owned by "Yospin, Richard & Trust" as of 2.7.2020…but that data seems a bit off. Apparently it was sold in December last year. This article from the Daily Mail has better info (and lots of images):

The four-bed, four-bath set on nearly 4,500 sq. ft. house, on 156 acres of land, is on East Washington Road was sold for $1.07 million in December last year to a company called Granite Reality LLC…Public records reveal that Granite Reality LLC was set up on November 18 last year and registered to a waterfront office block in Boston…The entity's sole piece of business to date was the purchase of the luxurious Bradford property on December 13…The only individual listed in public documents as having any involvement in Granite Reality is Jeffrey Roberts, an attorney whose firm, Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, is based in the same Boston building.

Public records show that a “Granite Realty LLC” purchased the property from Massachusetts-based attorney Richard Yospin on Dec. 13 of last year. Yospin was not forthcoming with information about this transaction when contacted by The Daily Beast—but claimed he had no knowledge of Maxwell’s involvement in the deal. Instead, he asserted his only communications during the deal were with a Boston-based attorney whose name he could not recall.
Paperwork on the property filed with the Town of Bradford shows Granite Realty LLC, which does not appear to be incorporated in either New Hampshire or Massachusetts, is lodged at 155 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA. That is the address of several companies, including the law firm Nutter, McLennen & Fish—the same law firm that registered Maxwell’s defunct company Ellmax LLC in Florida. New Hampshire Department of State Records show that an attorney with Nutter formed a similarly-named entity, Granite Reality, based out of that same address just weeks before the property’s purchase.
Nutter did not return a call for comment, nor did the attorney Adam Ghander, who appears to have handled Maxwell’s affairs while at that law office and who has since moved on to the firm DLA Piper.

Roberts also is the registered agent for a second company, Hopley Yeaton, whose manager is named as “Scott Borgerson."

It is not yet clear if it is the same Scott Borgerson that has been linked to Maxwell - but there is only one man by that name listed in Massachusetts, according to public records.
Millionaire Borgerson, who has a bachelors degree from the US Coast Guard Academy and is a former Coast Guard commanding officer, may also have named his LLC Hopley Yeaton after a famous American seafarer, who was the first officer og the Revenue Marine, one of the forerunners of the modern day US Coast Guard.
