TerraMar Project. Whatever Happened to Ghislaine Maxwell’s Plan to Save the Oceans?

Around that time, the Clinton Global Initiative announced a “commitment to action” from the TerraMar Project. Little evidence exists that it amounted to much.

The tax returns of the TerraMar Project show that between 2013 and 2017 the organization received $196,000 in public support and paid out, in various expenses, more than $600,000, requiring loans from its president, Ms. Maxwell, totaling $549,093.

The filings do not provide names of the firms or individuals to whom those payments were made; no programs were started for work in the field. No grants were given.

“Over all these returns, not a single dollar,” said Mike Crabtree, a tax partner at Boulay, a C.P.A. firm in Minneapolis. “The returns don’t really show what’s going on, where the money is going and what it’s being used for.”

In 2014, TerraMar’s accounting and legal fees were more than $50,000, an unusually high number given the size and activity of the organization, according to Mr. Crabtree. “I don’t know if ‘suspicious’ is the word I’d use, but to generate those kinds of fees a lot more would have to be going on than this would reflect,” he said.

According to tax filings from 2013 to 2017, the organization gave out no money in grants.

Robert Maxwell was born into a poor Yiddish-speaking Orthodox Jewish family in the small town of Slatinské Doly (now Solotvyno, Ukraine) in the easternmost province of pre-World War II Czechoslovakia.[4][5][6]

His parents were Mechel Hoch and Hannah Slomowitz. He had six siblings. In 1939, the area was reclaimed by Hungary. Most members of his family died in Auschwitz after Hungary was occupied in 1944 by Nazi Germany, but he had years earlier escaped to France.[4]

Israeli Connection

A hint of Maxwell's service to the Israeli state was provided by John Loftus and Mark Aarons, who described Maxwell's contacts with Czechoslovak Communist leaders in 1948 as crucial to the Czechoslovak decision to arm Israel in the 1948 Arab–Israeli War.

Czechoslovak military assistance was both unique and crucial for the fledgling state as it battled for its existence. It was Maxwell's covert help in smuggling aircraft parts into Israel that led to the country having air superiority during their 1948 War of Independence.[43]

Maxwell had known links to the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), to the Soviet KGB, and to the Israeli intelligence service Mossad.[44]

MOSSAD

Shortly before Maxwell's death, a former employee of Israel's Military Intelligence Directorate, Ari Ben-Menashe, approached a number of news organisations in Britain and the US with the allegation that Maxwell and the Daily Mirror's foreign editor, Nicholas Davies, were both long-time agents for Mossad.

Ben-Menashe also claimed that in 1986, Maxwell had told the Israeli Embassy in London that Mordechai Vanunu had given information about Israel's nuclear capability to The Sunday Times, then to the Daily Mirror.

Vanunu was subsequently kidnapped by Mossad and smuggled to Israel, convicted of treason and imprisoned for eighteen years.[46]

Maxwell was accorded a lavish funeral in Israel, attended by Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Shamir, Israeli President Chaim Herzog, "no less than six serving and former heads of Israeli intelligence"[54] and many dignitaries and politicians (both government and opposition), and was buried on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.[55][56][57]

Herzog delivered the eulogy, the Kaddish was recited by his fellow Holocaust survivor, friend and longtime attorney Samuel Pisar.[58]

From its inception in 2005 through 2009, the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) had already raised $46 billion for 1,200 philanthropic projects that were said to have impacted an estimated 200 million people in 150 countries.

Actually the Clinton Foundation has morphed since its inception and gone through several name changes, and created a great number of related entities. Its original purpose was to fund and endow the Clinton Presidential Library. Its tax returns indicate a gradual change in purpose that never received IRS approval. The "charity" has been acting outside the scope of its legal charter for years.

Jeffrey Epstein

"Attorneys for convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein touted his close friendship with Bill Clinton and even claimed the billionaire helped start Clinton's controversial family foundation in a 2007 letter aimed at boosting his image during plea negotiations." In the letter from Epstein’s lawyers (Alan Dershowitz and Gerald Lefcourt) to the U.S. Attorney’s office in the Southern District of Florida, Epstein claimed to be part of the original group that conceived the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). CGI was renamed the "Bill, Hillary & Chelsea Clinton Foundation" in 2013. The letter aimed to boost Epstein’s image and may have contributed to his successful plea bargain on the charge of using underage girls in a sex ring. The letter says Epstein hosted Bill Clinton on a 1-month trip to Africa regarding the AIDS crisis. Whether Epstein was an actual founder of the foundation or exaggerated his role in a phony effort to appear altruistic is not clear. He is not cited in official paperwork filed by the Clinton Global Initiative as a founder or director. Bill Clinton publicly credited longtime assistant Doug Band as conceiving of the idea.

Others CF Donors of Note

The Panama Papers revealed some major Clinton financial partners using Panamian law firm Mossack Fonseca to move assets around the world surreptitiously. Canadian mining magnate Frank Giustra donated over $25M. The Chagoury family of Nigeria committed $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative.

Offshore entities were involved in the uranium deal that resulted in Russian ownership of 20% of American uranium production. Frank Giustra used Mossack Fonseca to create UrAsia Energy, which acquired lucrative uranium concessions in Kazakhstan with the help of Bill Clinton in 2005. UrAsia Energy eventually became Uranium One, which acquired uranium assets in the U.S. and then was sold to the Russian State Nuclear Agency (ROSATOM) in 2010. The deal required approval from Hillary Clinton’s State Department. Nine Uranium One shareholders sent a combined $145M to the Clinton Foundation, including a single contribution of over $2M by CEO Ian Telfer. Why did the Clinton Foundation neglect to report some of those contributions? They were first uncovered using Canadian tax records by the authors of Clinton Cash.

Sergei Kurzin, a Russian mining investor involved in Uranium One, says he donated $1M to Clinton Foundation. He also used Mossack Fonseca; his name appears on several oil companies set up by the firm.

Mossack Fonseca helped Ronald Chagoury set up a firm called Echo Art Ltd. domiciled in the British Virgin Islands. Gilbert Chagoury’s plans for the future include tying up the best of African industry to the resource needs of China, India and Latin America. This family moved to Nigeria but the came from Lebanon. Among other business interests, they deal in transportation. Chagoury Group is a Nigerian multinational business conglomerate headquartered in Lagos. Founded in 1971 by Gilbert R. Chagoury and Ronald Chagoury, their businesses include construction and property development, flour mills, water bottling and purification, glass manufacturing, insurance, hotels, furniture manufacturing, telecommunications, transportation, IT, catering and international financing.

Two years earlier in 2014, a whistleblower released the names of super-rich individuals with Swiss accounts at HSBC. The International Consortium of Investigative Journalists then documented transfers of $81M from these accounts to The Clinton Foundation. They revealed that Swiss accounts were held by numerous Clinton donors. Jeffrey Epstein had various accounts totaling $3.5M; in 2006 Epstein gave $25,000 to The Clinton Foundation.

Note that Epstein was a money-manager. He managed other people's money. (It's not clear why people gave him money to manage.) Did Epstein arrange the use of secret Swiss accounts for his clients?

British retail magnate Richard Caring gave the Clinton Foundation $1M from his HSBC Swiss account in 2005. He donated shortly after Bill Clinton attended his charity ball dressed as a Russian general.

Frank Giustra's HSBC account held up to $10M in 2006-2007. His first contributions to the Clinton Foundation were in 2005.

American entrepreneur Eli Broad, a $1M+ contributor to the Clinton Foundation, held accounts at HSBC.

Denise Rich, ex-wife of financier and one-time international fugitive Marc Rich, who was pardoned by President Bill Clinton on his last day in office, has contributed up to $500,000 to the Clinton Foundation.

Other major CF donors included Michael Schumacher (a racing driver seriously injured in 2013 skiing accident) and French financier Arpad Busson.

Swiss bank accounts are not necessarily illegal. However, firms such as Fonseca offer services to minimize tax burdens and keep assets hidden.

Bill Clinton - Frequent Flyer on the Lolita Express

Epstein's flight logs show that BIll Clinton was a frequent flyer on Epstein's private jet dubbed the "Lolita Express". At least 26 flights are documented.

On the first Asia trip, logs show Clinton and Epstein were joined by top Clinton aide Doug Band, wealthy socialite and Epstein's madame Ghislaine Maxwell, former Epstein assistant Sarah Kellen, women listed only as “Janice” and “Jessica," and a few others.

Band, Maxwell, and Kellen joined many of the trips that Clinton and Epstein took around the world.

No Secret Service agents were present on Clinton’s trip with Epstein to Africa in September-October 2002. Records show they were joined by actor Kevin Spacey and comedian Chris Tucker.

US Attorneys for SDNY

As the top prosecutorial role in each federal court district, the U.S. Attorney is in a unique position to view evidence collected across many federal investigations and to supervise staff prosecutors. They can direct DoJ resources to investigate and prosecute, or decline prosecution. The individual in this role - if corrupt - could theoretically protect criminals and help to conceal crimes.

Geoffrey Berman was appointed to the post of U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) in __ by then-attorney-general Jeff Sessions. During his tenure Berman oversaw cases ranging from the insane persecution of Trump (re: tax returns), to the NXVIM sex-and-branding-cult, Epstein, Clinton Foundation, child rape, kidnapping, abuse, and murder. Did any potential defendants benefit from Berman's SDNY role?

Attorney General William Barr fired Berman on June 19, 2020. Berman refused to leave, stating that he would stay in office until a senate-confirmed replacement. However Barr told Berman he was dismissed by order of President Trump, and Berman stood down.

With the Berman roadblock removed, will the SDNY remain a Deep State stronghold or will there now be an opportunity to shine light on what some observers consider a nest of vipers?

Doug Band and Teneo

In 1995, at the age of 22, Band began to work as an unpaid intern in Bill Clinton's White House, eventually becoming Clinton’s "body man", and he continued to work with the former President as he set up the Clinton Foundation.

Band later worked for the William J. Clinton Foundation, and traveled to North Korea to orchestrate the release of two Americans and to Cuba to help secure the release of American Alan Gross.

Band negotiated with the Obama Administration to appoint then-Senator Hillary Clinton to become Secretary of State.

Interestingly, Band had a key ally on Hillary’s team: Huma Abedin. Bill’s body man and Hillary’s body woman had bonded over their loyalty to their bosses. They were known to show up at parties together, which some saw as an endearing big brother–little sister dynamic, and which others interpreted as evidence that Abedin had a crush on Band. They also had an ingenious method of collecting intelligence on each other’s behalf. Abedin would sidle up to someone in Bill’s camp and, in a confiding tone, make a disparaging remark about Band. If it was reciprocated, she would relay the criticisms to Band and he would do the same for her, says someone who fell for this technique. “They had each other’s back a lot,” says the former White House colleague.

Band founded his consultancy, Teneo, in 2011. Teneo's clients overlapped with the Clinton Foundation's donors. Teneo is headquartered on the 45th floor of the former Citigroup Center tower in Midtown Manhattan. It employs more than 200 people in 13 cities, including Dubai, Hong Kong, and São Paolo. From the beginning, Teneo resembled an outpost of Clintonland more than an independent entity. Clinton and Blair came on as paid advisers.

In 2012 (check date), Abedin signed on with the firm to provide “strategic advice and consulting services to the firm’s management team” and helped to “organize a major annual firm event.” (The Senate Judiciary Committee investigated whether Abedin's work for Teneo conflicted with her position as a paid State Department consultant.)

A number of key Teneo clients were also closely involved with Clinton’s charitable work. One month before the Rockefeller Foundation presented Clinton with an award for philanthropy, it gave Teneo a $3.4 million contract to propose “tangible solutions to global problems.”

In November 2011 emails, Chelsea Clinton accused Band and Teneo of giving their clients free memberships to the Clinton Global Initiative and “hustling business” at the conference. Donald Barr, William Barr's father, did undergraduate work in anthropology and mathematics at Columbia University in 1941, afterward joining the U.S. Army in the Office of Strategic Services, the pre-CIA, serving during WWII in DC and in Europe. The OSS continued until the end of WWII in 1945.

1950's: Having run Project Paperclip, and Operation Mockingbird as a propaganda tool, Allen Dulles, had established hundreds of "journalists" throughout the Media, including Disney. This would be revealed in a 1976 Congressional report:

“The CIA currently maintains a network of several hundred individuals around the world who provide intelligence for the CIA and at times attempt to influence opinion through the use of covert propaganda. These individuals provide the CIA with direct access to a large number of newspapers and periodicals, scores of press services and news agencies, radio and television stations, commercial book publishers, and other foreign media outlets.”

Those that weren't theirs and resisted them, they surveilled/wire tapped. Another pet project of Dulles, the creation of which the NAZI Paperclip scientists influenced, was MK-ULTRA he authorized in 1953. MK-ULTRA involved “many methodologies to manipulate individual mental states and alter brain function, including the surreptitious administration of drugs and other chemicals, sensory deprivation, isolation, verbal and sexual abuse”, in order to induce a state of trauma-based mind control in their victims. (Epstein may have been both a victim of and trained in this program when he was in high school, explained below.) Disney films were also used for programing, putting the victim in a dissociative state for programming.

1950: Schools started popping up in various places. One of the earliest ones was the private preparatory Antilles School opened in 1950 by founding Deborah Finch of St. Croix. She had a teaching degree from NYU (which had programs working with CIA). The man who would be Jeffrey Epstein's attorney was one out of the first 13 students. Another was Michael Paiewonsky, the son of a mother who helped to found the school, and who served on its board from 1953 to 1983. His family was active throughout the Virgin Islands in government and ran a publishing house both in St. Thomas and Rome. The ages of the students are from pre-k - 12th grade. Board member Patricia Murphy Gruber, of the Peter & Patricia Gruber Foundation founded in 1993, also contributed to campaign funds for New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson in 2007 where Epstein has his Zorro Ranch. Paul Horowitz was an Obama donor when he was the headmaster of the school. This school will figure more in Epstein's timeline.

1951: By the time D. Barr returned to Columbia to get his master's degree in 1951, the CIA had 4 years under its belt. After his masters, he got his Ph.D while also working at the school teaching English, field work in sociology, and political science at the School of Engineering, as well as writing science and mathematics texts for elementary and junior high school students. The OSS had been a propaganda machine during wartime, and his studies and research fit in nicely with the use of propaganda to shape peace time America, as the CIA had been formed to do.

1958: Barr was the director of the Columbia Univ. Science Honors Program until 1964, the program gaining the support from the National Science Foundation. The program encompassed finding excellent students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grade high schools, and entering them into university classes to receive training in the sciences. Upon leaving the directorship, he worked prepare these young people directly at their schools.

1964: Barr became headmaster of Dalton until the end of the 1973/74 school year, moving on to Hackley School in Tarrytown, New York. He continued teaching until the 80's, and in 1983 President Reagan nominated him as a member of the newly formed National Council on Educational Research. Reagan had appointed George Roche Chair of the Council, at that time the president of Hillsdale College. Though Epstein started teaching at Dalton at 21 in 1974, he had been hired when he was 20. He turned 21 in January of 1974, so he had been hired in the first part of that school year at the end of 1973. Either way, this was when Barr was still headmaster, as Barr finished his last year on June 7th. But the school was undergoing a conflict, against Barr. The conflict with Barr at Dalton was, for one, the board's decision to hire "an outside committee to study the school and to assess its operation under Mr. Barr". Supposedly, it was about "disputes with the trustees over budget priorities and his disciplinarian approach to substance abuse." Apparently, "a faction of the former board and some of the parents sought his ouster in 1971. He was accused then of turning a 'humanistic, progressive' school into one in which 'discipline and authoritarian rule' were the hallmarks." To believe that Barr had hired someone like Epstein, is ludicrous. Somebody else hired him. Somebody hired an individual that was the antithesis of what Barr sought to instill. Perhaps to spite him? Or, to run him off?

And did the outside committee falsify Epstein's record, deceiving Dalton, to ensure Epstein a teaching position? What if the Columbia program was turned into a CIA operation after Donald Barr left the helm? If Epstein were an operative at the school as part of his training in the program, he had to have had a handler. Was this handler perhaps on the school board, working to oust Barr to install someone of their choice? After his time at Dalton, they had other plans for Epstein. Greenberg of Stearns had children attending the school. Was Greenburg blackmailed into hiring him? Furthermore, did the CIA cause Bear Stearns downfall? It makes sense of some odd things about Epstein. But there's more! It has to do with Donald Barr's successor as headmaster of Dalton.

Dalton wasn't able to find a successor until Dec. of 1974, having spent 7 months in the search among 200 or so applicants. They finally chose Dr. Gardner P. Dunnan. Under his tenure, Columbia conducted "research" (aka "experiment") with the students at Dalton. A wealthy donor, Emily Fisher Landau, gave over $2 million dollars to create the Fisher Landau learning disability program to research dyslexia, a problem she said she had, using the money to engage learning specialists at Dalton, with the aim of developing a screening test. She then donated hundreds of thousands more to Columbia University Teacher's College and New York University to evaluate this research having taken place over several years. This experiment sought to apply this on a large scale, nationally, and this is exactly what happened, despite the fact that the research was skewed with the higher IQ's the students at Dalton had, with the lack of a proper control as a true experiment would do, and no evidence of a positive remedy. Even Dunnan, during which this took place, said the legitimacy was suspect. Mrs. Landau hired Columbia U. to replicate the program, this despite NYU having found the children in the program scored lower in testing because the experiment foisted upon them "lowered their self-esteem". It was all a sham to cover what they were actually doing: continuing to filter from among the students who were qualified applicants for the Columbia program. The children were being divided into three groups within each class setting, with the lowest of those scored being given "remedial" training. This, to the children, became the "special" kids, the "retards", setting that group of children up on the road to failure from the label they received. These children were labeled beginning in the Kindergarten stage, not taking into effect the variable speeds with which children learn, so that the "slow" ones at first, would eventually catch up with just a bit more growing. However, this was not the concern of the true motive of the experiment. The motive was to break down the class–a micro society, 'in order to fundamentally change the traditional structure. The "elite" group of the three would be the leaders, the others the followers. The retraining for the change would be concentrated only on the "elite" group, motivated by the flattery of having been singled out for this group, and the remainder would follow their lead. What would result would be the destruction of the tradition of the society, replaced with the leadership trained in the radical change. That's really what colleges have turned out to be! And the testing? Tests such as SATs do just that. At Dalton, this was all done during Dunnan's tenure.

Epstein was hired in 1973 when Barr was still there, but the school was in conflict with Barr and it may have been the "committee" who had hired him. Barr had tendered his resignation in February of 1974, remaining until the end of the school year in June. Did Barr suspect something was amiss? The Program operatives would have known Barr would see right through their little experiment. Had they caused the conflict to run Barr out of the school so they could place a more compromised director they could control? Epstein was to begin in 1974 and remained through 1976. Dunnan was chosen in Dec. of 1974, and began in Jan. of 1975 in the second semester. From the time Dunnan began, Epstein was still there for a year and a half, and the two had something in common, or even worse. Epstein may have been specifically arranged to be hired to corrupt Dunnan, or blackmail him, so Dunnan would do the Program's bidding. That Epstein left Dalton in 1976, this would mean Dunnan had been compromised during the time Epstein was there. In 2018 Dalton and Dunnan were named in a lawsuit relative to the sexual abuse of a 14 year old female student in 1986 through 1987. If this were the case, then he may have abused others throughout his term at Dalton. The school is also being sued because plaintiff alleges the school knew Dunnan was a pedophile. The "girlfriend" of the girl's father worked at Dalton. They had asked Dunnan to help them enroll his daughter because they were not financially capable of doing so. Dunnan's solution was to allow her to live at his own home and she could assist with babysitting and chores for his wife. After he was forced to resign from Dalton, he moved on to assist at Columbia Universitywithout pay, purportedly. At Columbia, he created an elite neighborhood for the Columbia faculty and their children. In order to pull this off, they arranged a re-zoning to house their little village, and for this, they promised the outside folks of surrounding neighborhood could have use of half the school's facilities, and also allowed 4 applicants of outside parents would be able to live rent free and have their children enrolled for no tuition. The community had their own supermarket, bank, faculty apartments, and a school for the faculties children. This was nothing more than a larger form of the classroom microcosmtaken to neighborhood size. Even those protesting saw their scheme in that instance, where at a meeting, one of the head of several groups protesting said, Columbia is playing divide and conquer here." The four applicants entered via a lottery. Mmm, sounds good. But the "elites" and the tuition free applicants in this school at this village (of the damned?) were all part of the experiment. The tuition free students simply spiced up the experiment–just like the admission-free female student Dunnan had sexually abused (allegedly). After this, Dunnan moved on to establish an elite school in Chelsea, called Avenues: The World School. It is part of an international system.

Based on this, if this scenario were true, Epstein, was not only a product of the Program,but a weaponized faculty member, an agent of this CIA program whose mission it was to ensure the school's part in their experiment.It is documented Epstein was tutoring Greenberg's son and daughter, and his daughter was possibly "dating" Epstein. Was Greenberg's daughter Epstein's compromised honey pot weaponized to bring down Dunnan? Donald Barr had developed the original program for positive nationalistic intentions, but the CIA saw other possibilities and pulled the rug out from under him. He may have realized the switcheroo they had pulled on him, how they had used him. It does seem he preached (at least in 1974, after Dalton had hired Epstein) about children needing discipline, and he lamented, publicly, the weakening of religion and patriotism. Had the CIA betrayed him, and saw it as a tool to be weaponized to weaken powerful nations to accept their global agenda? Barr and the school had been at odds long before Epstein had entered the scene, and had Barr opposed Epstein's presence, something of which the committee used to further their case against Barr?

Here's a little story. Anderson Cooper attended Dalton from 1972 (when Barr was still headmaster and before Epstein) until 1984, graduating early at 17. It sounds as if he had joined in Kindergarten, so this was before the later experiment for "dyslexia", but in the tail end of Donald's tenure, hardly enough to have been affected by Barr, but right in the midst of things during the subsequent experiments under Dunnan's tenure. Anderson went on to Yale, in the Trumble College, studying in political science, and he was a member of the Manuscript Society. During two summers while in college, Cooper interned at the CIA. After the death of Frank Malina in 1981, and under the leadership of his son, Roger F. Malina, Leonardo moved to San Francisco, California, as the flagship journal of the newly founded nonprofit organization Leonardo/The International Society for the Arts, Sciences and Technology (Leonardo/ISAST). The organisation has grown along with its community and today is the leading organization for artists, scientists and others interested in the application of contemporary science and technology to the arts and music.

Christine is a former Trustee of the Internet Society and The Santa Fe Institute. She serves on the Advisory Board of Leonardo, and it was in this capacity that she gave the presentation in Oxford. Ghislain M was arrested in the middle of nowhere in New Hampshire. at 338 E Washington Rd Bradford, NH 03221 to be precise. That's the address that was posted.

Something isn't right about this. I've been looking all over Google Earth at this address and no matter how middle of nowhere you go, there is no house like this at this address. You can't even go to street view to see the "Tucked away" rock at the entrance. I don't think it's there, or at best google is hiding it. Why would google hide Ghislaines house. I did find some other very inconsistencies.

Here is a link to E Washington street where google ends walking street dudes view as it approaches Ghislaines address up on the left. if you leave street view you will see that it will continue when you pass it.

First, someone paying a million dollars isn't going to have a ski lift in their back yard.

second someone laying low isn't going to have a ski lift in their backyard.

Third, there are no real mountains on this property.

Make sure you look at all the photos of the house.

Last thing lets look at the description of the house ( There are TWO different ones by the way) :"From every room there are views of the Mt Sunapee foothills to the west."

"This is an outdoor lovers dream home. Just minutes to Mt Sunapee, Lake Sunapee, I-89. 90 mins from Boston"

First, not 90 minutes to Boston, maybe by helicopter or in the middle of the night.

Second, Minutes from Mt Sunapee and Lake Sunapee. That puts this 30 minutes further North that Washington rd. This don't add up at all. What else are they hiding?

Just want to add that New Hampshire is littered w/caves and tunnels. Lots with water. Who do we know that can drive a submarine? I think there is moar going on in NH than we know.
