Ty, it is. All I wanna do is gifs and mp4s since I got my new ipad for Christmas. That was my first mp4 attempt but the program won't let me format sizes per meme so I'd have to go reformat all the memes elsewhere to get it to fit, but the effect was kinda cool so fuck it.
