>Is the color scheme arbitrary or does actually have some relationship to musical note frequencies, portions of the visible light EM spectrum, etc.?
Good question!
Honestly personal experience has been more of a white light torus representing each chakra.
The frequency information to me is the most interesting (since I believe the colors/lotus are more likely to be for a person's visualization)
Have looked into the number of petals on the lotus at each chakra, but haven't looked to far since that is not how I perceive it.
>What does it mean to you?
A point of interest mainly to bounce from. Not certain the information listed there is even accurate (considering the sauce).
Frequency is the important aspect, there are many color - frequency charts which assign frequency to colors.
Recently hand carved a native flute to test with, and plan to make a machined flute next.
There have been healing and other "paranormal" experiences associated with music/sound.
If one could properly tune an instrument to the appropriate frequencies would you be able to create a harmonic resonance with each chakra if in the correct mental state?
Can music heal?
Energy, frequency, and vibration.
Idle thoughts.
