We can propose that "type of thread which is handled with the megami board" is restricted? example: "in the megami board it does not handle the upload thread".
Or, "Greenday * in order to be able to handle Thread which was moved", it should modify the rule of the megami board?

Uploader is a person who simply opens the picture to the public.. We think that Megami not equal Uploader.
But, Greenday moved the Uploader's thread to the Megami board.
Should we change the usage of the Megami board? Or, can the usage of the board be decided by the discussion?
