1. In the first place, BE is specified to use in 2-channel only because it uses cookie of 2ch.net.
We bbspink users are allowed to use it just due to bugs of browser.
In other word, we don't know if 2 channel （ひろゆき） gave us a permission to use it.
2. BE can be used under the purpose of 出会い, and it might look a tool for 出会い at least from the viewpoint of Japanese police.
3. So, we expect to hold a discussion between ひろゆき and you first, on the 1 and 2 above.
On the other hand, 79-san suggested that some movement on the issue has got under way.
