Before I report the crime postings to the police, I just wanted to ask you if it is what you want since the Japanese police may contact you(and bother you) about the girl's IP address in order to arrest her (or protect the child from another possible danger).

One thing forgot to tell you - undercover operation is considered to be illegal in Japan except drug investigation. Any evidence collected from the operation cannot be used in the court.
