Hotlink's IR document says that "We are auto-collecting 2ch data."
So, "2ch is sending 2ch data every 5 minutes" may not be true. Since auto
collection bot usually gets caught in a bourbon house system (Temporally [2 hours]
deny the IP address which transfer excessive data in a short period of time),
2ch may have give them a privilege by including their bot-IP address to the exemption
list of bourbon house.
