P.S. You may know, on the top page of 2channel(http://www.2ch.net/), there are three marks of free use of the contents. These mean third party can reproduce them without your permission. But, it does NOT mean they can do anything. For example, they can't edit them without your permission.

Legally, as far as I know 2 channel has already adopted the license free because it puts (http://www.bunka.go.jp/jiyuriyo/) on the top page. But if people want to make a summary as a copy blog, they must have the permission from 2channel.
