- Short term strategy.
1) As >>100 suggested, it is better you to start a donation activity like a Wikipedia.
e.g. >>112's idea looks good.
You can get some money to keep 2ch for a while.
2) As you agreed, you can obtain some money by replacing the ad to new one.
- Middle term strategy
In order to increase the ad income, the ad have to become more attractive for the sponsors.
As you know, the ads are not displayed to users who use a 2ch browser, so this causes a decrease of the value of the ads.
In order to increase its value, you have to create a new system that all 2ch users must see the ads when using 2ch browser.
For example, you can put the ad on a location of >>2, or can put the ad on 2ch browser itself. (In that case, you have to ban any access from all 2ch browser which do not put the ad.)
If you are not sure about the above methold, you can call a cooperation to 2ch people.
There are a lot of excellent technical people in here 2ch.
